It seems to be the time that I always decide to do something somewhat creative, like, write in my blog. Then, as I begin to type, I remind myself "Lauren! What are you thinking. A) Your creativity has burnt out for the day, B) You have work quickly approaching, and C) You LOVE to sleep."
Don't take offense, readers, it's not just you. My friends on missions, yeah, well, I remember to write them at 10:30 on Sunday nights. Needless to say, I should probably switch creative writing, with Netflix binging... because, let's face it, you don't need many functioning brain cells to stare at a screen flashin' stories; Netflix could easily be watched at 10:30.
Who invented Netflix, anyway? I equally want to punch them in the stomach, and make out with them.
Yesterday, a brand new baby was born. I've been thinking lots about what THAT means. She, the unnamed, has such a bright future in front of her. Will SHE, 21 years from now, be awake at 10:30 staring at a laptop, writing aimlessly, just because she can? Or will this child become so much more. We all start somewhere. We all start with a clean slate. Also, I have a new found love for newborns. GASP! Am I becoming... maternal?!
Either way, the world we live in is different than it's ever been before, and thank goodness for that! What is growing and learning without constant change and challenges. Here's the cool thing about our the whole situation though... It shouldn't just be the world we live in, it should be the world we LOVE in. I owe my new found friend, Benjamin, for that quote, which, strange enough, was originally a typo.

It's the world we love in, people. Love hard.
(I sound like such a hippie. In a good way.)
It's now 10:48 :)
